– South African rockers Seether rolled into Pittsburgh’s Stage AE this past Sunday and showed the near capacity crowd how to rock with a high energy set that did not let up.
Within Reason from Birmingham, Alabama got things started with a solid set. The band was tight and very entertaining.
Next up was Saint Asonia the new super group consisting of Mike Mushok, Adam Gontier, Corey Lowery and Rich Beddoe. Their set consisted of selections from their debut album as well as a few Staind and Three Days Grace songs. They guys laid it all out on stage with a very energetic performance and it won’t be long before these guys are headlining.
Seether came out bathed in red lights to the song “My Disaster” and continued with a set which was highlighted with “Gasoline,” “Fine Again,” “Same Damn Life,” and of course “Country Song.” Seether’s sound always had a trace of Nirvana in it and they even covered the classic “Lithium.”
The crowd was loving every second of it and if you get a chance you should check out the tour. Also, check out the pics below.
