– The Darkness blasted into the Altar Bar this past weekend on the Blast of our Kind tour and headlined an evening of some great rock-n-roll in front of a near capacity crowd. Out in support of their new album, the excellent Last of Our Kind, Justin Hawkins and company delivered an amazing set that was fun and easy to rock out to. Starting with the catchy “Barbarian” and including tracks that span their career, the energy was off the hook. The small stage at The Altar Bar could barely contain the band as they fed off the lively crowd and put on a great show. Check out the pics below.
